I cannot sign in
Work out which message you see: a wrong email or password, an unconfirmed email, or a forgotten password, and fix that one.
The log in page shows red text under the form when it fails. The words come straight from our sign-in service, so read them first.
"Invalid login credentials"
Your email or your password is wrong.
- Check the email address. Use the one you signed up with.
- Type the password again. On sign-up there is a Show button beside the password, so you can see what you type there.
- Check for capital letters and an extra space at the end.
- Still wrong? Reset it. Tap Forgotten your password? on the log in page, type your email and tap Send reset link. See password reset email not arrived.
A message saying your email is not confirmed
You have not tapped the link in the confirmation email. Look in junk or spam for Confirm your AnyRequests email, tap Confirm my email, then log in. See my confirmation email has not arrived.
The button says "Logging in..." and nothing happens
- Check your signal. Logging in needs a connection.
- Close the browser tab or the app and try again.
- If AnyRequests will not open at all, go to
anyrequests.app/recoverand tap Reset and reopen. See the app is stuck or out of date.
You closed your account
If you closed your account in Settings, you can no longer sign in. Closing is permanent. See closing your account.
