AnyRequests gets song requests from the room to the musician playing, without anyone having to shout. Made in the UK, and tested at real gigs by working musicians.

How it works

A musician sets up a page and prints a code for the tables. The audience scans it, picks a song and can say who it's for. No app, no account. The request appears on the musician's screen while they play, and anyone can add their vote to a song already asked for.

For each gig the musician chooses what can be asked for: any song, or only songs on the list they picked. They decide what to play.

Tips

The audience can tip by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. A tip is a thank you: it never buys a song or moves it up the queue. AnyRequests is free to use and takes 4% of tips. Stripe takes its own card fee as well. Stripe pays tips into the musician's bank every Friday.

Names

The musician sees who a request is for, and so does the act on after them at the same venue if the request is passed on. The public page never shows a name. The name is deleted three hours after the gig ends, unless the request is reported.

Signal

AnyRequests runs in the browser. It opens without a signal to the last queue it saw, but sending and receiving requests needs a connection.
