My confirmation email has not arrived
The confirmation email from sign-up often lands in junk or spam; check there, then ask for it to be sent again.
After you sign up, AnyRequests emails you a link to confirm your address. Until you tap it, you cannot log in. Your page link is already reserved, so there is no rush.
Find it
- Open your email app and look in your junk or spam folder. First emails from a new sender often land there.
- Look for an email from AnyRequests with the subject Confirm your AnyRequests email.
- If it is in junk, mark it as "not junk". That helps the next one arrive properly.
- Tap Confirm my email in the email. If the button will not work, copy the link written underneath it into your browser.
- Go to the log in page and sign in with the email and password you chose.
You will see: your dashboard, ready for setting up.
The link works whether you open it on the same phone or a different one.
If it is not there after a few minutes
- On the sign-up screen that says Check your email, look at the address shown. If it has a typing mistake, the email has gone to the wrong place. Write to hello@anyrequests.app.
- Tap Send the email again.
- Wait. The screen says "Sent again. It can take a few minutes to arrive."
If you tap too soon after the last one, the screen says "That did not send. Please wait a minute and try again." Wait a minute, then tap again.
Still nothing
Write to hello@anyrequests.app from the address you signed up with and say what you see. Do not sign up a second time with a different address, as that makes a second account.
