Terms

Plain English, and short. Using AnyRequests means you're happy with what's below.

Using it fairly

Requests are just requests

Sending a song doesn't oblige anyone to play it. Musicians decide what they play, and can skip anything.

Tips and payments

Tip links belong to the musician, and so does responsibility for them. We don't process payments, hold funds or take a cut. When you tap a tip button you leave AnyRequests and deal directly with that musician's payment provider, under their terms. If a tip link is wrong, broken or points somewhere unexpected, that's between you and the musician — though do tell us, because we'd want to know.

Musicians: you're responsible for making sure your tip link is yours, works, and complies with your provider's rules and any tax obligations you have.

Your page and your content

Musicians keep ownership of everything they upload — logos, images, links and song lists. You give us permission to display it as part of running your page, and nothing more. Don't upload images you don't have the rights to.

No warranty

AnyRequests is provided as is. We can't promise it'll be available or error-free at any given moment — including mid-gig. Don't make it the only thing your set depends on. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from using it, or from being unable to use it.

Changes

The service is in early access and free, and it will keep changing. If we ever introduce charges, existing users will be told well in advance and nothing will start billing without you actively agreeing to it. We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when they last changed.
