Emails we send

AnyRequests sends the emails needed to run your account, plus updates only if you ask; Stripe sends its own separately.

Emails you always get

These are needed to run your account, so they are sent whatever you choose.

EmailSubjectWhen

Reset your passwordReset your AnyRequests passwordWhen you ask for a reset link. The link lasts one hour.

Account noticesVariesWhen someone from AnyRequests has opened or changed your account to help you, and similar notices about the account itself

We keep a copy of every notice we email you about your account.

Emails you can turn off

AnyRequests only emails you about updates and new features if you say yes. The box is not ticked for you at sign-up.

  1. Open the menu, tap Settings, then Emails.
  2. Use the switch Email me about updates and new features.

You will see: "We will email you about updates. You can turn this off whenever you like." when you turn it on, and "Turned off. You will still get the emails needed to run your account." when you turn it off.

We never pass your address to anyone else for their marketing.

Emails from Stripe

If you set up tips, Stripe emails you directly, about verification and later your tax invoices. These are Stripe's, not ours, and turning off updates does not stop them. See Stripe's email has not arrived.

Emails not arriving

Automated email often lands in junk or spam. Mark one as "not junk" and the next is likelier to arrive. Messages to us go to hello@anyrequests.app, and anything about your data to privacy@anyrequests.app.
