Most requested, and hiding a song

The Most requested card ranks songs by how often they were asked for, and the eye button hides a song from your page's popular lists.

What it shows

The Most requested card is on your Dashboard. It lists songs from all your gigs, all time, with the most requested first. Each row has a rank, the song, and how many requests it has had. It shows five at a time, with a pager.

Controls above the list narrow it to one venue or a time period. The Everyone tab shows shared data from other gigs. See Venue data: mine and everyone.

Hide a song from your page

Hiding stops a song being put in front of the audience in the popular lists. Use it for a song you do not want pushed.

  1. On the Dashboard, find Most requested.
  2. On the song's row, tap the eye button at the right. Its label is Hide from your page.

You will see: the row is marked Hidden and the eye changes.

To bring it back, tap the eye again. Its label is then Show on your page again. There is no question to answer. It happens straight away.

What hiding does and does not do

A hidden song drops out of Popular and Most requested so far. Those are the lists the audience sees on your page.

It stays:

  • in your songs
  • in your figures
  • in the list the audience gets when they tap Browse
  • findable, so anyone looking for it can still ask for it

So hiding is not blocking. If you want to stop a song being requested at all, use My list only and keep the song off your list. See Anything or my list only.
