Send your list to someone
Download your whole song list, or one songbook, as a PDF to read or a spreadsheet to sort.
Your whole list
- Open Songs, then My songs.
- Near the top, tap Download PDF or Download spreadsheet.
You will see: a file saved to your device with a name ending
-all-songs, for exampleyourpagename-all-songs.pdf, where the first part is your page link name.
If your list is empty it says Add some songs first.
One songbook
- Open Songs, then Songbooks, then open the book.
- Under Send this list to someone, tap Download PDF or Download spreadsheet.
The note under the heading says: a PDF to read or print, or a spreadsheet to sort. The buttons are greyed out until the book has a song in it, and the note says Put some songs in this book first. The file name carries the book's name.
What is in the file
- The PDF is A4 portrait. It has your act name, the list or book name, and your page address. It carries your accent colour and your logo if you have one, in a plain typeface. Each page after the first has a running head and a page number. The text in it is real text, so it can be selected, searched, and even imported back into AnyRequests.
- The spreadsheet is a CSV file with two columns, Title and Artist. It opens in Excel with accents intact.
Chart links, request counts and other details are not in either file.
If making the file fails, you will see That file could not be made. Try again.
