When you get paid
Stripe pays your tips into your bank every Friday, after holding each payment for seven days, so a tip usually reaches you one to two weeks after the gig.
Stripe pays your tips into your bank every Friday. Each payment is held for seven days first, so a tip usually reaches your bank one to two weeks after the gig. That is 8 to 14 days.
Your first payout can take a little longer. It waits until Stripe has finished checking your details.
The schedule is the same for everyone
We set the schedule to weekly, on a Friday, for every musician. You cannot change it in AnyRequests, and the Payouts tab says so.
Where to look
- Open Tips in the main menu.
- On Overview, find Next payout.
- For the full picture, open the Payouts tab. It is headed Money on its way to your bank and it is Stripe's own panel.
You will see: a line such as "£30.89 is on its way to your bank, expected" followed by a day and date.
What the Next payout line can say
- "is on its way to your bank, expected" a date: the payout has left Stripe.
- "is waiting to be paid out. Payouts run every Friday.": the money is in the seven-day hold or waiting for the next Friday.
- "Nothing waiting to be paid out."
- "It was expected on" a date, "so check with your bank if it has not arrived.": banks sometimes miss Stripe's date.
- "Stripe could not be reached for this. Everything else on this page is fine." Try again later.
If money is not leaving Stripe
If you see Your tips cannot reach your bank, tips are being taken, but Stripe is holding them rather than paying them out. That usually means Stripe is waiting for a bank account or one more detail from you. Open the Setup tab and follow what Stripe asks for.
If the line says your payouts are switched off, contact us and we will switch them back on. See Contact us.
What the payout says on your bank statement
It says Stripe, not AnyRequests. See Why does my payout say Stripe?
