You can also open the menu and press Contact us. It starts an email to hello@anyrequests.app.

When you write, say which act or page link you mean, what you were doing, and what you saw on screen. Do not put your password in an email.

The help centre is at anyrequests.app/help. Many questions are answered there.

When we may open your account

The AnyRequests team can open your account to help you. If you contact us with a problem, somebody may need to see what you see in order to fix it. This is what applies:

  • Every access is recorded: who opened it, when, and why. The person who made the record cannot edit or remove it.
  • You are emailed when someone can change things. Reading your account to diagnose something does not notify you. When someone opens your account in a way that lets them change things, we email you, with the title "Someone from AnyRequests opened your account".
  • Bank details are never visible to us. They are held by Stripe, and our admin screens cannot display them.
  • Access is limited to what support needs. Most of the time it is read only, and making a change is a separate, recorded step.
  • We may keep short notes about your account when we help you, and we keep a copy of every notice we email you about your account.

While we are in your account, your sign-in email address, your password and the Close account controls are not shown to us. They belong to whoever is signed in, which would be us, so they are removed from the screen instead of being shown wrongly.

Full details are in the privacy policy. The About page lists the same addresses.
