Settings that change for one gig only
Several settings can be changed for a single gig, on the Go Live form or in Room controls, without touching your account.
Changing one of these for a gig does not change your account. The next gig starts from your own settings again.
On the Go Live form (before you start)
| Setting | Where on the form |
|---|---|
| Venue | Venue |
| Which songs | My song list: All songs or one of your songbooks |
| What the audience can request | Anything or My list only |
| Public or private | Private gig, with What kind |
| Paid requests (Pro) | Paid requests |
| Tips (Pro) | Tips |
| How long | Gig length |
Paid requests and Tips only show on the form for an account that has them. They are part of Pro, which is not on sale yet.
In Room controls (while live)
| Setting | Where in the panel |
|---|---|
| Stop or start new requests | Taking requests |
| How many one phone can send | From one phone, every 5 minutes |
| Free or paid requests (Pro) | Requests at this gig |
| Tips on or off (Pro) | Tips at this gig |
| A break | On a break |
| A message on your page | Message |
The request limit, free or paid requests and tips each say so in the panel: this gig only, your own setting is not changed.
The bar at the top of the live screen also has a Showing picker, which swaps the songbook for the rest of the gig.
What does not change
Your Setup page and your Songs tab choices stay as they were. Nobody loses requests they have already bought if you switch a gig back to free.
See The Go Live form and Room controls.
