HelpRunning a gig

Ending a gig, and adding time

Tap End gig twice to finish, add 15, 30 or 60 minutes before the gig runs out, and resume a gig within an hour of ending it.

End a gig

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the queue on the live screen and tap End gig.
  2. The button changes to Tap again to end, with seconds counting down from four.
  3. Tap it again before the count reaches nothing.

If you do not tap again, it goes back to End gig and the gig carries on. This is so one stray tap cannot end it.

End gig is also at the foot of Room controls, and in the panel that opens when you tap the time left in the bar.

You will see: a summary headed Gig ended, with your venue and how long you were on stage.

The summary

It shows total requests, different songs, how many in the audience asked, how many requests were unplayed, played, skipped and asked again, and your tips if there are any. Under Asked for, not played you can tick songs and tap Add songs to put them on your list. Tap Done to close it.

Add time or change the end

Tap the time left in the bar. The panel is headed When does it end? and says when it currently ends.

  1. Tap +15 min, +30 min or +60 min, or
  2. type a time under Or end at and tap Set.
  3. Tap Close.

The five minute warning

Five minutes before the end, a panel counts down. It says Want longer? Requests stay open if you add time. Tap +15, +30 or +60, or No, let it finish.

When time runs out it says Time is up and Requests have stopped. Add time to reopen them. The add time buttons are still there, and using one reopens requests.

Resume a gig

If you ended a gig by mistake, Resume last gig is offered on your Dashboard for 60 minutes after it ended. It says how many minutes are left. It only works if you have no other gig running. A resumed gig runs for 30 more minutes, and you can add time from there.
