HelpAccount and privacy

Download my data

Settings can give you one file with your profile, what you agreed to, your venues, gigs, songs and requests, made in your browser.

Steps

  1. Open the menu and tap Settings.
  2. Tap Privacy and data.
  3. Tap Download my data.
  4. Wait while the button says "Gathering...".

You will see: a file saved to your phone or computer, and the message "Downloaded" followed by how many requests and gigs it holds.

The file is named anyrequests- followed by your page link and the date, and ends .json. It is made in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere to produce it.

What is in it

  • Your profile, including your act name, tagline, colours, tip settings and the dates you joined
  • What you agreed to, and when, and against which version of the policy
  • Your venues
  • Your gigs, with the venue name
  • Your songs
  • Every request your audience sent you, with the number of votes

What is left out

  • Your audience's device identifiers. They identify someone else's phone, not you.
  • Our commercial terms for your account.
  • Your password, which is stored scrambled and never in plain text.

If it fails

The page says "Could not gather your data just now. Please try again." Check your signal and try again.

Do this before you close your account

Closing is permanent. If you want your history, download it first. The file does not include your tip records: save your fee statements from Tips, then Documents. See closing your account.

Anything else

For something the file does not hold, such as a copy of the notices we emailed you, write to privacy@anyrequests.app. We reply within one month.

The download is not available while someone from AnyRequests is helping with your account.
