Your logo and photo on the sheet

All three designs can carry your logo, only After Dark takes a photograph, and you can keep up to five pictures in the pack.

Put your logo on the sheet

  1. Open the Printable QR pack and tap More choices if you are on a phone.
  2. Open the Your logo group. The note says: Placed whole, never cropped.
  3. Choose No logo, The logo from Setup (if you have added one on your profile), or one of your saved pictures.
  4. Use the Size slider to make it bigger or smaller, from 40% to 200%.
  5. Under How it sits, choose Left, Centred or Right.

You will see: your logo on the sheet, in the place where your act name would have been.

A logo takes the place of your act name on the sheet.

If your logo is dark on a dark sheet, tick Flip it to the opposite colour. It turns black artwork white and white artwork black. If the pack thinks the logo will be hard to see, it says: This logo may be hard to see on this background. Try flipping it.

Put a photograph on the sheet

Only After Dark takes a photograph. On Signal and Plain the Photograph group is greyed out and says Not used by this style.

  1. Choose the After Dark design.
  2. Open the Photograph group.
  3. Choose Your header image (the one on your profile) or one of your saved pictures.
  4. Drag the photograph to choose what shows. Use the Zoom slider, from 100% to 300%, to come in closer. Back to the middle resets it.

The photograph fills a band across the top of the sheet, and the pack treats it so that a phone photograph still looks deliberate. The crop is the same on every size.

Your pictures

The Your pictures group is a small store for pictures chosen for paper, separate from your profile images.

  • You can keep five pictures. The group shows how many are saved, for example "2 of 5 saved". With five, it says: You can keep five pictures here. Remove one to add another.
  • Tap Add a picture and choose a JPG, PNG or WebP file.
  • The file must be under 8MB. Otherwise: That file is too large. Pictures need to be under 8MB.
  • Tap Remove (the cross on a picture) to delete one. If the sheet was using it, the sheet goes back to no logo or no photograph.

Soft or blocky pictures

A small picture can look soft on a big sheet. The pack checks the size you are looking at and says: This picture will look soft or blocky printed at A4 poster (or whichever size is selected). A picture that is fine on an A6 card can be too small for an A3 poster, so check each size you plan to print.
